    1. Thank you for your very, very nice comment! The rocks are the ones that actually took the longest to do. It took many multiple coats of red paint to build up a good solid red base coat. The paint manufacture companies all seem to be really skimping on the pigment in their paint blends, especially for the red colors. HAVE A SUPER GREAT DAY!!!!!!

    1. The bigger pear snowmen are paper-mache’ over compressed tin foil, the smaller ones with the pastel hats are made from actual plastic pears that I sort of, we’ll say, repurposed. When I painted the girly cat rocks, this one turned out the best so I kept it and hid the rest of them around town. This was from about the third batch of these I’ve done, a lot of them have ended up as gifts. I’ve done a step-by-step tutorial for how to make the girly cats, they aren’t very hard, doing the dots just takes a steady hand. Thank you for your very nice comment! HAVE A SUPER GREAT DAY!!!!!

  1. I love it all. The snowmen are so cute, you have me wishing for Christmas. I will have to start on some holiday items to, who says we have to wait until December. Those snowmen have their own little personalities coming through. Everything came out great, you are really creative. I always enjoy seeing the whole process of making something by hand. Thanks for doing that and sharing it with us all.

    1. Thank you for your SUPER NICE COMMENT!!!!! I think any time of the year is a good time for doing Christmas ornaments and decorations. if you wait till just before Christmas, it can be really stressful trying to get them done in time, especially because some things always take longer than you think they will to make and get done. Some of the card makers I follow do a Christmas card every week as part of their “Christmas 52 Week Smack down”. Them doing that inspired me to keep working on ornaments and decorations, some for me and some to give as gifts. Anything that can lessen Christmas time stress is a good thing. Plus, on a more practical note, the paints don’t age well in the bottles so I’m working on using them before they dry up or get unusable. So, have a SUPER GREAT REST OF THIS WEEK!!!!!!!
